920 is a go-anywhere adventure touring bike. It's built with drop-bars and 29er mountain bike wheels for balance and capability on any surface you'll encounter on a bikepacking expedition. It comes with front and rear racks for a ridiculous amount of carrying capacity, so all you have to do is pick a spot on the map and go.

A lightweight alloy frame and fork, 15 mm front and 12 mm rear thru axles and a 2x10 SRAM mountain drive train with integrated SRAM brake/shift levers. It also comes stock with Bontrager Duster Elite wheels, 29x2.0? XR1 Comp mountain bike tyres, hydraulic disc brakes, and a front and rear rack.

The free service is put in place to make sure the bike you have purchased is running correctly and to adjust out any cable stretch that happens to any new bike.
The type of bike you have bought and the type of riding you have planned will affect how soon you need to book your free service.
However if you experience any issues at any time you should stop riding your bike and book your bike in for its free service immediately.
