The Arione is one of fi'zi:k's three Spine Concept Mens Road Saddle shapes. Of these three, the Arione shape is flat, narrow, and long. Arione K:ium is for The Snake: Flexible Spine. If you are very spinally flexible (far less than 90 degrees between your straight legs and your back when bending over as far as you can, keeping your legs straight and shoulders' width apart), you are a Snake. You achieve the performance position using your spinal flexibility alone, not rotating your pelvis at all. The free service is put in place to make sure the bike you have purchased is running correctly and to adjust out any cable stretch that happens to any new bike.
