Introducing the '2FO Flat 2.0 Mountain Bike Shoes' from Specialized, a high-performance footwear designed to enhance your biking experience. These shoes will transport you from the mountain's peak to the valley flawlessly and efficiently. Their outer sole features our exclusive SlipNot™ 2.0 rubber compound developed for ultimate pedal connectivity.

Maintaining the perfect pedal connection isn't just about the rubber. The connection also depends on the rubber hardness, grip, lug pattern, midsole thickness, and density. That's why our shoe's sole construction is informed by a unique pressure mapping study.

We incorporated softer foam in the forefoot and firm-over-soft foam in the rear for exceptional pin penetration. This shoe design also works to prevent cramping during extended downhill rides. With the new sole, we've added a toe bumper and a protective foam layer to shield your feet from rocks and tree roots when the trail takes a turn for the rough.

  • Our shoes employ a scientifically tested Body Geometry sole construction and footbed that increases power, optimizes hip, knee, and foot alignment, and reduces the chance of injury.
  • The superior SlipNot™ 2.0 rubber compound enhances pedal connection, ensuring a more secure and comfortable fit.
  • Our engineered lug pattern is specifically designed to integrate with pedal bins for an exceptional riding experience.
  • The dual-density midsole protects the foot while offering superb pedal control.
  • We've included foam in the upper to further protect from impacts.
  • Capable of quickly shedding water, the air mesh on our shoes' tongue and uppers also enhances protection in unexpected weather.
  • The shoe's smooth, thermobonded upper offers lightweight durability and a snag-free profile.
  • Our cushioned EVA foam midsole is sealed with a sturdy skin for support and tear resistance.
  • We've included Lacelock™ elastic to keep your laces safely out of the chainrings.
  • The relaxed fit perfectly balances pedal feel with off-the-bike comfort.
