The Removable Integrated Battery (RIB) is fully encased in the lightweight aluminium frame but doesn't require tools for removal. This user-friendly electric mountain bike is built according to Trek's performance trail heritage with exclusive tech, great suspension and a motor that can help you sustain speeds of up to 15.5 mph.

Will my bike have a curved top tube?
Smaller frames (XS, S and M) have a top tube that dips down as it approaches the seat tube. This design makes for a lower standover height, which is good for shorter riders because it allows them to straddle their bike more easily. The larger frame (L) has a straight top tube because taller riders with longer legs typically don't have the same issues with standover height.

This includes adjusting saddle height, saddle position and where possible adjusting the brake levers / gear shifters.
We will also adjust any accessories you have purchased with your bike where applicable.

The free service is put in place to make sure the bike you have purchased is running correctly and to adjust out any cable stretch that happens to any new bike.
The type of bike you have bought and the type of riding you have planned will affect how soon you need to book your free service.
However if you experience any issues at any time you should stop riding your bike and book your bike in for its free service immediately.
