Job Description

* To service the needs of our existing customers and to develop new customers from new and existing data base.
* To be able to determine customer needs, correctly assess and set up customer's positions.
* To ensure all aspects of the sale are maximised to give a full sales experience to suit the customer.

Skills/Experience Required
To be suitable for this role you should:

* Have good technical knowledge of bikes, parts and sizing
* Be able to work within a team
* Display good communication skills
* Be self-motivated with the ability to listen and follow directions
* Have experience of EPOS and computer systems would be helpful
