Terms and Conditions

1. Before any of the demo bikes are taken out by a customer; they will be required to sign a demo bike contract with the following:
2. A upfront payment of £50.00 per cycle is required to assist with the keep up of the demo fleet. This £50.00 will be discounted from the bike total if the customer decides to purchase the bike.
3. A valid form of UK identify is required and will be held until the demo period has finished. (Passport, Credit card or Driving licence)
4. Demo periods will last for one day during the work hours of the shop unless other terms have been agreed with a staff member.
5. The cycle is to be returned in the same condition it was loaned, i.e. clean, un-damaged and in full working order.
6.  Demo bikes are not to be raced or used in any events.
7. Customers will be liable for any accidental damage/breakage caused during the demo period. Repairs will be charged to the customer at workshop rates.
8. In the event a bike is stolen, the customer will be liable for the full retail cost of the bike.
9. The cycle must only be used within the design/use parameters in which it was designed.
10. Upon signing the booking form, the rider agrees that they are physically and mentally proficient to ride the demo bike.
